RETURN Policy

Overview

We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your purchase. Returned items must be unworn, in the same condition as when received, and shipped back in their original packaging.

We do not offer returns on personalised or custom-made items.

Returns

It is your responsibility to inspect items immediately upon receipt and to notify Abloom Designs by email abloomdesigns@shaw.ca within 7 days if the goods are damaged or faulty. We will notify you of next steps to take with the return and arrange for return shipping. If you fail to email us within 7 days of receipt, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

For claims of defect or damage, the goods must be returned to Abloom Designs within 14 days from when you received them. You will qualify for replacement or full refund (including outgoing and return shipping) if the goods are in fact defective.

If you want to return perfect goods for a refund, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, and must be adequately insured for the return journey. You are eligible for a full refund less the outbound and return shipping charges and a 10% processing fee of item’s sale price, after we have received and inspected the goods.  

For your own protection, please insure and track return shipments. Goods returned to us that are lost in shipping remain your responsibility and will be ineligible for refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation from Abloom Designs. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed with a credit applied original method of payment within 7 days.
