SHIPPING Policy

Overview

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Abloom Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping processing time

All orders of items in stock in the shop, regardless of destination, are processed within 5 business days. Items made to order are done so within a timeline named on the product listing (usually within 10 business days) then processed for shipping. All custom orders will be shipped upon completion. Orders are not shipped  on weekends or holidays. 

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Rates

Shipping rates and delivery times (Canada & USA)

All  orders over $100 CAD shipped within Canada and to the USA will receive free shipping. Delivery time will endeavor to be within 11 business days; shipment method will be determined by Abloom Designs on an individual basis. You will be notified of the shipping method and estimated delivery date via email.  

For orders $99.99 CAD and less (before coupons) shipped within Canada and to the USA, a flat rate of $17 CAD will be added to your order. The shipping method will be determined by Abloom Designs on an individual basis. You will be notified of the shipping method and estimated delivery date via email.

Shipping rates and delivery times (International)

For orders to all other countries (including addresses in US. Territories  and APO/FPO/DPO addresses), a flat rate of $24 CAD will be added to your order at checkout. The shipping method will be determined by Abloom Designs on an individual basis. You will be notified of the shipping method and estimated delivery date via email.  

Shipping confirmation & order tracking

Shipping tracking number(s) will be sent to you via email after your order has shipped.    

Customs, duties, tariffs & taxes

Abloom Designs is not responsible for any customs, duties, tariffs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Abloom Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

As per our Return Policy, it is your responsibility to inspect items immediately upon receipt and to notify Abloom Designs by email abloomdesigns@shaw.ca within 7 days if the goods are damaged or faulty.
